This application has been designed for our US Client to help customer services organization to Upsell, downsell and alternate sell.

Objectives

• To upsell /downsell offers.
• To Maintain history of upsell /downsell offers.
• To track the outcome of offers i.e the volume of orders generated through the offer.

Customer Benefits - Process

• When the application user logs in, he views the script and when a Customer call is received.
• The agent reads through the upsell script, and if the customer places an order, the order is booked. The application user can also then go through the alternate upsell script, and book the order, if the customer wishes so.
• If the customer does not wish to place the order, the agent reads through the downsell script. If the customer places an order, the entry is saved appropriately. Else, the application user exits without saving.
